## How to Use
1. **Clean surface** thoroughly (Softwash chemicals first)
2. **Test patch** – dries in 24hrs
3. **Apply wet** with low-pressure sprayer/roller
4. **1-2 coats** – 2nd after 6hrs if porous
5. **Protect** from rain 48hrs
